Refund Policy for Cancelled Orders:
Domestic Orders: For prepaid orders, we offer a 100% refund to the same account or card used for payment, via NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer), within 7 to 10 working days after cancellation.
Domestic Orders: In the unlikely event that customers receive a damaged product or are not satisfied with their purchase, they can initiate a return. To do so, they must request a return within two days of receiving the parcel. The product must be unused, undamaged, with the original invoice and intact sticker. Returns requested after two days will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items: Products purchased at discounted prices, from the Cut Piece Shop category, at wholesale rates, and discounted rates are not eligible for return.
Return Process for Domestic Orders:
Customers must initiate a return request by sending a mail or sending a message to our customer support number by quoting their order ID and return reason.
For damaged products, customers must share an image or video highlighting the damage.
Customers can courier the parcel to the address provided in the return details. Alternatively, they may opt for a pickup service, subject to a token reverse shipping fee of ₹100, which will be deducted from the refund amount (except for damaged product returns).
Refund for Domestic Order Returns:
After receiving the returned parcel and conducting a satisfactory inspection, our team will initiate the refund process. For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the same account or card via NEFT within 7-10 working days after the return is confirmed.
